Want to request a different visit time or ask about your ticket? Email us and a team member will check your booking.

Request a visit-time change

  1. Email info@goldenagebudapest.hu before your booked entry time.
  2. Include your order number, purchase email, current visit date and time, the affected ticket number, and the new date and time you would prefer.
  3. Our team checks the request and available places. Your ticket changes only after our written confirmation; until then the original booking remains in effect.

Refunds or exceptional cases

If the exhibition changes or cancels your booked slot, or you have another exceptional issue, email the same address with your order details. A team member will review the case and applicable rights. A chat message alone does not change or cancel a ticket or start a refund.
